Danielle H. Collins
RID, LEED-AP, NCIDQ
Owner + Managing Principal + CRE Investor
With a philosophy that "Design speaks to us everywhere", Danielle brings a sophisticated, hospitality-driven perspective to commercial real estate developments. As a Registered Interior Designer (RID) in both Texas and Florida, she possesses a deep understanding of the technical and aesthetic rigors required to transform high-stakes environments into memorable, high-performing assets.
Danielle’s background is rooted in the complex and engaging world of Hospitality Design, where she has mastered the art of balancing luxury aesthetics with operational functionality. Her extensive award-winning portfolio spans a global and diverse range of asset classes, including:
Hospitality & Leisure: Full-service luxury resorts, cruise ships, Global branded and boutique Hotels. Multifamily & Commercial: High-end Multifamily, Mixed Use, Retail and sophisticated workplace environments. Educational and Ecclesiastic: Large-scale church renovations and specialized educational facilities.
Insightful collaboration among commercial investors and owners, Danielle offers more than just a ‘creative eye’. She approaches every project with a disciplined respect for deliverable timelines and budget constraints, ensuring that design excellence never comes at the expense of fiscal responsibility.
Her ability to layer complexity and tell the story through strategic use of multiple palette choices, textiles, branding, acoustics and lighting; creates "value-add" spaces that increase property appeal, occupant enjoyment and owner-investor goals.
Originally from the Northeast and South Florida, Danielle earned her Bachelors in Interior Design from the prestigious Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia.
Whether revitalizing a Multifamily asset or developing a ground-up hospitality destination, Danielle is successful in directing her clients, creating spaces where people live, work, and play in a fulfilling and profitable sense of place.
As an industry leader and advocate for professional growth, she gives back to the industry as a Founding Chair for Network of Women in Hospitality, (NEWH) Austin Region and member of Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ). Her dedicated and philanthropic time is given to Foster Village Inc, Red Oak Hope Collective and Bethany Lutheran, among several others.
Inspired by global travel, she calls the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country home, sharing pure enjoyment and laughter of their two children and a wonderfully blessed family.

A fourth-generation Texan with over 25 years in commercial real estate, Russell leads as a developer-architect. He combines architectural precision with institutional strategy, delivering purposeful destination-based developments generating value for investors and communities.
Evolving from traditional architecture to developer and investor, he leads with a unique "owner-operator" perspective enabling him to navigate challenging markets and conduct teams to bold, transformative goals.
He’s been blessed with global opportunities and trusted by clients in the U.S., Bahamas, Italy, and New Zealand. A diverse portfolio includes: Hospitality Resorts, Casinos, Senior Living, Biotech Labs, Public-Private Partnerships, Mixed-Use, Class A/B Office, Retail, Light-Flex Industrial and last-mile Transportation Logistics.
Raised with a "true-grit" work ethic on his Texas family ranch; Russell holds a Master of Architecture (Minor in Urban Planning & Civil Engineering) from Texas Tech University. He also taught graduate Architecture and Urban Design in Vicenza, Italy for Texas Tech College of Architecture.
He is an active leader and committed advocate for regional growth via Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Class 8 ‘OCHO’, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), CCIM Central Texas (CCIM), National Association of Realtors (NAR). Additionally, Russell serves as Vice-Chair of the Dripping Springs Economic Development Committee and Vice-Chair of the DSISD Bond Advisory Board.
He balances his professional career with a dedication to philanthropy—supporting Dripping Springs Education Fund, Burke Center for Youth, Foster Village Inc. and Bethany Lutheran — and enjoys calling Texas Hill Country home with his beautiful wife and their two children.
